Bronze medal for Slovenia at CEOI 2016!

Žiga Željko won the bronze medal at CEOI 2016! Žiga has already won the bronze medal the last year at CEOI 2015. In this year's competition, among 52 best programmers from Poland, Croatia, Romania, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland, he achieved 181 points out of 600 which sufficed fpr the bronze. We sincerely congratulate Žiga and wish him all the best in programming adventures to come. Other members of Slovenian team were Mihail Denkovski (95 points), Tim Poštuvan (44 points) and Rok Krumpak (6 points). The students were supervised by the head of LUSY, dr. Andrej Brodnik. This year's Slovenian team was chosen based on the results of the national Slovenian programming competitions ACM RTK and ZOTKS FIT 2016.

CEOI is a traditional programming competition known for bringing together Central European's best programmers which are also among the best in the world. Golden medals were won by Bulgaria, Poland, Croatia and Romania. Official results are available here.

On a side note, CEOI 2017 will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia the next year.
