A Faster Algorithm for Calculating the Sample Entropy

<p>In this paper, we present an overview of different methods<br />
for calculating a measure of signal complexity called sample<br />
entropy. We then present a way to improve the most widely<br />
used algorithm by using a skip-list.</p>
