This will be a general talk about ipv6, where you’ll see how you can get ipv6 in slovenia. I’ll show you some benefits of having ipv6 and well see that most of these benefits are useless because of lame ipv6 support in software. Then I’ll share what obstacles I’ve had to go through while trying to support ipv6 on various servers.

Daniela Maftuleac, a visiting researcher at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science will be having a talk titled "Shortest path problem in rectangular complexes of global non-positive curvature". Doctoral Consortium at Druskininkai, Lithuania

In the first week of December Andrej Brodnik, Nataša Kristan and Radovan Krajnc participated in the 4th International Doctoral Consortium On Informatics and Informatics Engineering Education Research in Lithuania. Doctoral Consortium was orginized by Valentina Dagiene. It was intended for doctoral students in Computer Science Education field, where they worked with foreign professors.

University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science and LUSY are hosting Robert Fraser from Sunday 27th until Monday 28th October 2013. Robert is currently a post-doc at University of Manitoba, Canada. His main research field is computational geometry.
