This will be a general talk about ipv6, where you’ll see how you can get ipv6 in slovenia. I’ll show you some benefits of having ipv6 and well see that most of these benefits are useless because of lame ipv6 support in software. Then I’ll share what obstacles I’ve had to go through while trying to support ipv6 on various servers.

Matevž Jekovec, on the invitation of Panos Kalnis, visited KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), Saudi Arabia from 1st to 5th Match 2014 presenting the formal analysis and various experiments to their research group Infocloud using their algorithm ERA (Elastic Range).

Students of course Data Structures and Algorithms at the Faculty of mathematics, natural sciences and information technology of the University of Primorska translated first chapters of the book Open Data Structures to Slovene.
At the Dagstuhl workshop on Data Structures and Advanced Models of Computation on Big Data, we presented contribution ERa — A Practical Approach to Parallel Construction of Suffix Trees by Andrej Brodnik and Matevž Jekovec.
